Another set finished! That is always a satisfying feeling. And yet, I find myself amused, because the actual effort (very enjoyable effort) of creating the collection is only about half the work. Afterward, I still need to take pictures, calculate the cost of my supplies, and then add the set to my website. These tasks taken together often require more effort than creating.

I usually start with necklace. Since it is the largest piece, it will have the largest variety of beads. Then I can pick and choose what elements I want to use in the bracelet and earrings.

In this case, I used the leaf and melon beads, and the large bore antique brass beads to tie together all three pieces.

This collection took me a bit longer to complete, because I had to order more leaf and melon beads before I could finish the bracelet and earrings. Fortunately, I am rarely under deadline, so this inconvenienced only me.

Now, to get this collection added to the shop!

I’m linking up to my own Creative Compulsions party, Wendy’s Peacock Party, Make It Pretty Monday, and Pieced Pastimes.
