Leaping Greenly: Earrings for Spring

I recently discovered the blog, Earrings Everyday. A new pair of handcrafted earrings is shared daily. So inspiring! Earrings Everyday also hosts a monthly blog hop called, We’re All Ears. This month’s theme is Leaping Greenly. That brings me to the purpose of today’s blog – I’m joining in!

My stash of green beads is somewhat depleted. (Oh darn, I need to go bead shopping!) But adding some purple and yellow beads, I managed to create a pair of earrings that speak to me of spring. Violas?

The chandeliers and leaves are pewter. Lately pewter has become a personal favorite of the silver metals. It is versatile, modestly priced, and doesn’t tarnish.

The ear wires are stainless steel.

Ooh! Pansies (violas) are my favorite flower! I adore their sweet faces! I am glad that you discovered our little blog hop. I hope that you will continue to join in the fun. I am off to come up with the April theme. Stay tuned for the reveal on 4/5! Thanks for playing along with me in the We’re All Ears challenge on Earrings Everyday! Enjoy the day! Erin
