Art Elements Challenge – Forest

Owl necklace

I joined this month’s Art Elements challenge. The theme is Forest. May proved to be a busier month than I anticipated, so I managed only two finished pieces.

The first is a pair of earrings. These earrings were created with fancy jasper stones, Czech fired polished faceted beads, and antique copper leaves.

The second is this simple necklace in shades of green, blue, and copper featuring an antique copper owl.

I’m looking forward to seeing how everyone else met this fun challenge, and participating in future Art Element challenges.

  1. Love your earrings – they look so lightweight and comfortable (plus my favorite colors!). The necklace maybe “simple” but I think it is perfect for this month’s theme!
