Crocheting a Bolero

Crochet project - bolero

Michelle Crochet, My Bijou Life , ,

With my baby blanket at a standstill, because I’ve run out of yarn and haven’t decided how to handle it (I’m leaning toward frogging it in order to make a smaller blanket), I have started something new. This bolero called Savy Shrug by Jessica Cooper:

There is nothing difficult in the pattern so far. The only stitches used have been chain, single crochet, and double crochet.

I’m using Redheart 100% acrylic yarn. It’s going well and fast. So far so good!

    1. It’s gone really well. I still need to whip stitch the front and back shoulder seams and make the sleeves. A perfect project for a newbie like me or an experienced crocheter who wants a quick project.
