My August 2019 Projects:
1. Crocheted bolero
2. Wire-wrapped octopus
3. Shark tooth necklace
Oddly, it feels like I completed a lot more projects this month. I’m like, only three projects? My sense of accomplishment says there are more. LOL! Then I got to thinking about it, and I realized I have two projects that I just finished in the last day or two and haven’t blogged about yet. Still organizing the photos needed to post about them. C’est la vie.
3 is better than none
Very true, Karen!
Loved that wire wrapped octopus. Your work is amazing!!! Greetings from Sydney. Wish you a lovely weekend.
Hugs,
Shantana
Thank you so much, Shantana!
You’ve been busy anyway. August is always a slow month for me because with the kids at home it’s always harder to get things done.
No doubt, kids can keep you busy! Thanks for stopping by!
I really love that octopus! Have you ever tried resin? Those little things, like the shark tooth look really good as inclusions in a cabochon shape.
Thanks so much! I haven’t done anything with resin, but I keep toying with the idea…..
I love your crocheted bolero. so cute and I love the color too. Thanks fpor sharing your creations here. HUGS
Thanks so much, Anne!

Thanks so much, Margy! There is nothing wrong with reading!
Great projects to have completed. The shawl/topper is such a pretty colour.
