I have made two more appliqué elephant blocks since I last checked in about the quilt. I am a quarter of the way finished with number of blocks I need.
With each elephant block made, I get more excited about the quilt. I love seeing them all together.

I’m sure I’ve told you that a lady in my guild worked on these elephants at last years retreat. This year she was making beautiful butterflies.
Ooh! Butterflies would be fun. I’ve also seen some really cute penguins lately.
This is going to be such a fun quilt! How many more blocks do you plan to make?
Thanks so much! I plan to make 24 blocks. I’ve got most of them cut. Progress!
The fabrics you’ve chosen are really playing well together. Thank you for linking up to Put your foot down.
